Located within the Gannawarra Shire. The Kerang Golf Club started in 1908, on the then eastern town edge. A 12 hole course where the Showgrounds now sit. In 1957, the course moved to its present site, with 18 sand greens and a redesign. Flood irrigation was improved. Gradually these greens were replaced with grass greens until in 1967 they were all replaced. The Bowling green was built in the late 70’s and a second green in the early 80’s. In 2006/7 spray irrigation replaced flood irrigation.

We are surrounded by diverse irrigation farming enterprises as well as Ramsar Wetlands through the Kerang Lakes system. Murray River only 20 minutes travel and the Loddon River on the edge of town.

There are a variety of Accommodation choices, be it either of the 2 caravan parks or the RV site at the Showgrounds. RV Friendly, short stay on course, must be self contained, by arrangement. Maximum 3 nights. 3 Motels, plus B&B options.

We are lucky to be serviced by a good variety of shops and supermarkets.
