15th June results — Kerang Golf and Bowls

Monday 10 June 2024 Golconda 4 Person Ambrose

A very good field of 76 members and guests contested this annual event. The winners were

Team McKnight with Nathan, Brent and Ashley McKnight plus Simon Kelly with the winning

score of 55 nett.

Runners up were Team Lakeside with Deanne, Kelvi & Nathan Free with Brandon O’bree

and their score was 55.15nett.

3 rd place went to Team Barham with Warren, Gary & Danny Lolicato with Matt Voglis and

their score was 57nett.

Ballpool went to team Kerang with Joyce Boyd, Geraldine kennedy, Ron Schultze & Phil

Lloyd with 57.5nett.

NTP’s on the 3 rd Lisa Hyne, 5 th Simon Kelly, 9 th Kelvin Free, 13 th Brandon O’Bree and 16 th

Matt Voglis.

Ladies Wednesday Stableford 12 June 2024

On a very cold morning only 6 hardy ladies ventured out. The Winner of the day was Joyce

Boyd with 33points. Ballpool went to Rowena Henry with 30 points. Chino’s NTP went to

Crissy Downs.

Thursday R & R Stableford 13 June 2024

A total of 21 members and a visitor from Melbourne set out in the cold to play. Chris Gray

had the best of it with 37 points. Ballpool went to G Teasdale and J Murphy 34 points and

kevin Chase with 33 points on a C/B. NTP’s went to visitor Gavan Bean on the 3 rd , T Hall on

the 5 th , G Wyte on the 9 th , J Apostolelis on the 13 th and G Teasdale on the 16 th .

Saturday 15 th June 2024 Stableford

26 men and 4 ladies played Stableford in fine cool conditions. The Ladies winner with 34

points was Olive Spitty. The Men’s winner was David Knight (becoming a habit David) with

38 points. Ball pool went to R Dick 37, J Hewitt 36, R Gannon 34, G Bean 33 and K Chase

32. NTP’s went to S Jenner the 3 rd , R Dick the 5 th & 9 th , A Spitty 16 th .
