/Thursday Golf
A good roll up of 21 rich and retired golfers turned up on a beautiful Thursday afternoon to play on our course. Although it’s a little bit dry at the moment our green staff are conserving our water til we get a bit more allocation but at least yesterday’s rain will help. Fast out of the blocks after all the practise he’s been doing lately was Joe Tartaglia, opening up with 3 straight pars. After mixing up the rest of his round with bogies and pars he ended up with a fine score of 39 pts. In the ball pool was Ray Gourlay 37, Mark Henderson (good to see him back) 36 and Terry Turvey on 35 pts. Nearest the pins were 3rd Rob Fabry, 5th Chris Manners, 9th Maurice Meehan, 13th Graham Wyte and the 16th Allan Free.

Well done to those two and please keep these games coming. Anyway hope to see you all this week on the golf course til next week good swinging.
