12th April Results
/Ladies Report Wednesday 31st March
6 ladies enjoyed the beautiful weather and it was Nola Robinson (30) with 36pts, who came back fresh from her little trip away, to take home the major prize. Runner up was jenny Waterson (18) on 33pts won on a countback from Michell Dillon (8) and Meryl Cameron (16) both had 33pts, to win a ball in the Ball Pool. Joyce Boyd (24) was the winner last week with 28 pts and the Pen Winner this week, with the same score.
Hope everyone had a good Easter. Next Week is the Monthly Shirt, so count them all.

Easter Monday Stableford 5 April 2021
18 keen golfers, took part in the Easter Monday Event. The winner (perhaps finding some form again) with 38 Stableford points was Terry Turvey. Ball Pool was, R Nesbit (37), J Murphy (36) and G Wyte (35). NTp’s 5th C Waterson, 9th G Williams, 13th J Murphy, with no one claiming the 3rs or the 16th.
Thursday Golf
As the weather cools Doug Ellwood (21) has defied logic and has again played red hot golf and won another Thursday comp this time with 38 pts. Runner up was Ron Thoulliss (21) our regular visitorfrom Berri/Willock on 37. Others in the ball pool were Gary Thorne (4) and Rob Fabry (20) both on 36 and Luke Hadfield (15) 35. Nearest the pins were Chris Waterson on the 3 rd, Col Wilkie 5th and Spud McKerrow on the 13th and no one managed to land on the 9 th or the 16 th .
Saturday Golf
On another windy day for golf one of our youngest members in Jim Apostolelis (19) handled the conditions the best to win with 39 points. The runner up was another young golfer in Cody Tuohey(19) 36pts, the rest in the ball pool were Blake Shay (11) 35, Chris Waterson (4), Tony Laughlin (9) and Peter Jones (16) all on 34 points. The best on the par 3’s were Gary Thorne 3rd, Michael Runciman 5th, Michelle Dillon 9th, Geoff Williams won the money on the 13th and the 16th went to Ross Nesbit.
Sunday Golf
Our IGA sponsored 4P Ambrose day again proves how popular ambrose days are with another good field of golfers from around the district. Stroke winners for the day was the team of Gav Teasdale, Blake Shay, Chris and David Gray with 66 off the stick. Handicap winners, after a clerical error, were the team of Ron Schultze, Geoff Williams, Gary Thorne and Geraldine Kennedy with 68 – 10.1 = 57.9 and runner up was Luke Hadfield, Barry Gladman, Trent Hawkins and Brenton Weybury with 67 – 8.1= 58.9. Nearest the pins were Ben Taylor on the 3rd, Chris Gray 5th, Gav Teasdale 9th, Blake Shay 13th and Chris Waterson on the 16th.

Pennant is now on, so we need names for this and it is also open for the ladies as pennant is now a mixed event please contact Scott or put your names on the sheet in the clubhouse, this Sunday we play at Lakeside against Balranald so please make yourself available.
